Matthew Weinberg is Chief Executive Officer at The Weinberg Group, an international scientific and regulatory consulting firm. Mr. Weinberg’s area of expertise is in compliance and quality management, with an emphasis on providing strategic and operational assistance. He helps clients improve their manufacturing processes and serves as a testifying expert on compliance-related matters.

Mr. Weinberg currently serves as Treasurer on the Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI) Board of Directors and authors the Global Corner column of the FDLI Update magazine.

Mr. Weinberg founded BuildingSTEPS, a non-profit organization providing inner-city children of low-income families exposure to career opportunities in science. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School and a member of the Board of the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington. He is a graduate of the Wexner Heritage Fellowship Program and was a member of the 2005 U.S. Maccabiah Triathlon Team. Mr. Weinberg received an M.S. in Industrial Administration and a B.S. in Administration and Management Science with a double major in Economics from Carnegie-Mellon University.
