The Weinberg Group will design, carry out, analyze and interpret studies that examine the potential effects of certain products and industry Practices on workers and the public, including sensitive populations. These analyses can be critical to defending allegations raised in toxic tort litigation, to comply with worker and consumer protection requirements and in countering adverse publicity from special interest groups.
